Meera Ekkanath Klein has combined her love of cooking and storytelling in her latest novel, Sunshine Clinic, the final book in the Mother’s Kitchen Saga. The previous two books in the series, My Mother’s Kitchen and Seeing Ceremony, have won multiple awards.
When she is not in the kitchen or at her computer, she is picking out the freshest produce and ripest fruit at the local Farmers’ Market.
Klein’s short stories and poems have been published in online and print magazines, and she is a reviewer for the New York Journal of Books. She lives with her husband in Davis, CA, and has two grown sons.
